Catering Policy-Terms and Conditions

 Deposit

A 50% of the total food invoice is required to confirm catering order.
Deposit of $50.00 is required at time of the booking for your event.

Refunds

Refunds for events with a headcount of 10 or fewer persons will be fully refunded if requested 48 hours prior to catering event. If requested within 24 – 47 hours prior to the event then a refund of 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Deposits will not be refunded within 24 hours of the event.
Refunds for events with a headcount over 10 persons will be fully refunded if requested 48 hours prior to catering event. If requested within 24 – 47 hours prior to the event then a refund of 25% of the deposit will be refunded. Deposits will not be refunded within 24 hours of the event.

Customer Satisfaction

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work to replace a product or refund all or part of payments made should our products not meet reasonable customer quality expectations.
